Sale of a company

Management buy-out
Often, a sale to the existing management will be an evident possibility. If this is the case, Dahl-Sørensen & Partners can assist the parties with establishing the right model, determine the right price and not least assist in finding the necessary capital at the right price and at the right terms and conditions. Whether we are to assist the present or future owners must, of course, be determined before we begin the work.
Management buy-in
Business managers often want to buy their own business by purchasing part of an existing company.
